Delivery & Returns
Wherever you are in the mainland United Kingdom, we offer delivery with the following charges on our wines:
1-5 bottles: £7.99
6 bottles: £10
12 bottles: £15
18 bottles: £20
Orders above £400: Complimentary Delivery
Orders are usually sent out the next working day after they are placed and deliveries are usually made up to two working days after your order has been dispatched using a third-party courier. At the moment, some deliveries are taking longer than usual to reach their destination due to courier networks being exceptionally busy. Our couriers are doing everything they can to sort through orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
No Contact Delivery
A ‘No Contact Delivery Practice’ practice is in place for all orders. The safety and welfare of all staff involved in the network, and you our customers, remains the priority.
If the courier cannot deliver your order, a card will be left to rearrange the date of delivery. For any questions related to the delivery of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07900 582700.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
