The Old Rectory Chardonnay Magnum 2023

This is a medium bodied wine with pale yellow green hues and an aromatic, spicy nose of English yellow apples, jasmine flower and fresh apricot. It has refreshing mineral undertones alongside toasty nougat notes and a clean finish with hints of white pepper.

| Harvest | Burgundian clones of Chardonnay were hand harvested on the 21st October 2023 at 19.3 Brix. |

| Fermentation & Ageing | Gentle lees stirring was carried out whilst the wine waited for malolactic fermentation to take place. The wine spent 9 months in barrel prior to bottling in July 2024. |
