The Old Rectory Chardonnay 2024
£2512% VOL / 75CLA medium-bodied wine with pale yellow-green hues and an aromatic, spicy nose of English yellow apples, jasmine flower and fresh apricot. It has refreshing mineral undertones alongside toasty nougat and a clean finish with hints of white pepper.

| Harvest | Burgundian clones of Chardonnay were hand harvested on 31st October 2024 at 18.7 Brix. |
| Vinification | After gentle whole-bunch pressing, the juice was fermented using indigenous yeast in French oak barrels (20% new oak). |
| Fermentation & Ageing | Gentle lees stirring was carried out whilst the wine waited for malolactic fermentation to take place. The wine spent 9 months in barrel prior to bottling in July 2025. |
