£3011% VOL / 75CLMedium garnet in appearance. The wine shows intense aromas of red cherries, plum, cocoa, toasted vanilla and hints of tobacco leaf on the nose. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity, the palate offers black cherry and chocolate cake notes with hints of vanilla on the finish and a delightful, long, fruit-driven finish.

| Harvest | Hand-picked on 1st November 2024, partially destemmed with 20% whole bunches retained. |
| Vinification | Cold soaked for 72 hours before inoculation with a Pinot Noir-specific yeast and fermented in open-top fermenters with twice-daily punch-downs. 11 days of maceration in total. |
| Fermentation & Ageing | Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel before the wine was settled and racked for 9 months in French oak barriques, of which 20% were new and 80% seasoned. Light egg white fining before racking in May 2025. Bottled in July 2025. |
